It cannot alter, remove, seal, correct, certify, or produce an official record. The site points readers toward agencies, courts, and locators that may hold the requested information.
To confirm custody or release, ask the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office or the agency currently responsible for the person. Request a court document from the issuing court, a state corrections record from MODOC, and a federal record from the correct federal custodian. Only the originating office can determine what is public, apply lawful redactions, and provide an official response.
